SHIPPING & DELIVERY

All orders are shipped via Express Shipping like FedEx or DHL. Once your order is prepared for dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking information.

- Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–7 business days. During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended. Once dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you. If you have not received tracking details within 7 business days, please contact us at tamgiangcompany.info@gmail.com.

- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Natural Oud Shop is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address information.

- Estimated delivery times do not include customs clearance. Any import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country are the customer’s responsibility. We recommend checking local regulations before placing an order.
